Cann-do! endeavour to despatch all orders within two or three working days from receipt of your order, subject to stock availability.(At busy times like Christmas couriers are very busy but we do try our very best!) If we are unable to despatch your order within this time we will contact you and discuss why, and you will have the option of amending, cancelling or agreeing to a revised delivery schedule.

Upon despatch of your delivery we will e-mail or phone to advise you. Please inform us if the delivery is not with you within your chosen and expected delivery time and we will investigate any delay.

Royal Mail First Class Delivery £5.00 per order

Next Working Day Delivery £7.50 per order

(With Next Day service someone must be at the address given to sign for the packages safe arrival. The parcel will not be delivered if there is no-one to sign for it, and that leads to a courier charge and delay being incurred) Working days are Monday to Friday and will not include Bank Holidays

NON UK DESTINATIONS please place the order with delivery location and Country (Payment need not be completed at this point) Just ensure contact details are left with order. We will then weigh the total order and advise how much it will cost, allowing you to chose either airmail or surface mail and consider the difference in delivery times. Customised quote to your needs.

We package to the best of our ability but should the parcel arrive damaged please check contents and inform us immediately if the goods do not arrive in perfect condition, then we can arrange for a replacement and uplift. SEE RETURNS.

Returns

Cann-Do! Go to great lengths to ensure that you are a Happy Customer and pleased with your purchase. We therefore offer a NO Hassle/Quibble/Fuss Guarantee. This means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it.

If the product you have ordered is FAULTY or mis sent by Cann-Do! you have the usual 30 days in which to return it.

If you have a change of heart for any reason you must return it to us unused and in its original condition within 7 days for a prompt replacement or refund.

Cann-do! Will not refund delivery costs unless the goods are faulty.

When returning products for your own protection please use a secure method such as recorded delivery (depending upon value). We do not accept responsibility for products lost or damaged in the post. Lost goods cannot be credited.
