1.Q. I have no wish to place my private details on the site but would like more information and/or to place/discuss an order, I hate computers but love the products you sell. Help!!
A. On the contact page Cann-Do! Have phone numbers and an address for you to simplify contact and enables your queries to be dealt with however you prefer. We can discuss your order and delivery arrangements and either process by cheque in the post or card over the phone. We also have a page called "Where are we" that gives dates when Cann-Do! attend venues to met customers and sell direct to you. Visit the stand and see all the products close up, ask about and try some of the goods.
2. Q. Will your products really come up to my expectations?
A. Everything we sell has been chosen for its high quality and innovative character. Most items we have a sample on display at any of our "Where are we" venues allowing customers piece of mind on quality and nothing "Hidden". We also offer a refund on goods returned in there original packaging within 7 days should you change your mind.
3. Q. If I have put something in my shopping trolley and changed my mind. What do I do?
A. If you should make a mistake or change your mind all you have to do is tick the box marked Remove next to the product and then click the Update button.
4. Q. Can I print out the Order Form easily and then send that and a cheque to you because I feel safer that way?
A. Yes of course you can, the order form will print of by simply clicking on the link for the Order Form here or on the link on the front page. .
5. Q. Is it possible for you to send me an e-mail or letter when you receive new products in that I might be interested in? Or send a reminder before a special birthday?
A. When you make contact or order from us we are very happy to send you a newsletter or e-mail to keep you updated on further stock if it is likely to be suitable for you. We will also shortly be offering a birthday reminder service so keep checking back for that.
6. Q. How do I order something on line?
A. Select the category you are interested in from the left hand menu then click the Buy Now button - it is as simple as that. For payment options, you can choose either Paypal which is a very secure and trusted system or our Ring Back option if you would rather deal with a person with your credit card details.
7. Q. What are your office hours?
A. Your enquires are welcome at any time, seven days a week. Cann-do! Contact details are available on the contact page to assist. Due to the proactive nature of the business, research, development, supply and displays on behalf of our customers, for this reason, please DO NOT be concerned should your call not be answered immediately, but rest assured our attention and action will be directed to your message, text or phone call immediately upon return.
